One beautiful thing I know about myself is I am an analytical thinker. I can think steps ahead in business, with children, and many goals I set. The problem is when something I perceive not good comes along. At this point I know I need a positive transitioning method. You may need to be held, to talk, guidance, reminders, or some positive way to diffuse that anxiety feeling. You may even need a therapist which is normal, healthy, and smart!
